The God Who Meets Us in Our Breaking: A Morning of Healing, Identity & Testimony

Jul 21, 2025

There are moments in the presence of God that shift atmospheres and rewrite destinies. This blog captures one such sacred moment at our most recent a prayer session where heaven touched earth, and the hearts of women were transformed through raw worship, repentance, and testimony.

From the first whisper of "thank you, Lord," the atmosphere was thick with the glory of God. Chains were breaking, minds were being renewed, and identities were being restored. As we lifted our voices in gratitude, something divine happened: women who came in burdened began to feel the weight lift. The Lord began to reveal His desire to heal the deep-rooted wounds in our hearts, to purge and sanctify us, to make us white as snow.

But even more profound was the Spirit's invitation to those who felt undeserving, unworthy, or condemned. Many women quietly wrestled with thoughts of not belonging, of being spiritually inadequate. Yet God, in His kindness, reminded us that repentance is a gift. He called us back to the throne of grace and mercy, not with shame, but with the promise of restoration.

We spoke truth aloud: "Lord, I come with an honest heart. I present my sins and fears before You. I long for Your presence. I desire intimacy. I repent and return."

In the midst of this sacred vulnerability, a testimony pierced the atmosphere—It was a prophetic moment, reminding us that prayer moves mountains and no promise is ever forgotten by God.

The Holy Spirit also released a word over an individual: "Come out. Be different. You were never called to blend in but to shine." He spoke to the misfits, the rejected, the overlooked, calling them diamonds in the rough, chosen to influence environments with heaven's authority. For those who’ve been misunderstood or isolated, He is now elevating and commissioning.

Romans 12 was declared over us—a charge to present ourselves as living sacrifices, not conforming to this world, but being transformed by the renewal of our minds. God is raising up women of resilience, boldness, and prophetic vision. Women who are not afraid to be vulnerable, not ashamed to testify, and not too prideful to ask for help.

As we closed, we declared: Through the Lord’s mercies, we are not consumed. His compassions fail not. They are new every morning. Great is His faithfulness. (Lamentations 3:22-23)

And indeed, He is faithful.
